Pick up location is near Edmonds Station. You will get the address with your confirmation form.

Yes, delivery is available  to Vancouver, Burnaby, Surrey, New Westminster, Richmond areas for an additional fee. You can check the availability with your postal code when you are ordering.

Custom cakes need extra care while delivering so the delivery fee will be different. Please give us delivery information.(Address/Date/Time/Receiver's information)

Ideally require 2 weeks notice for Custom cakes/Wedding cakes and favors. (I accept orders about 4-8 weeks in advance) Regular cake is 48 hours but of course I recommend it whenever it’s possible. 

If other customers already book on the same day as you, your order might not be acceptable.

You can order and pay online except Custom cakes/Favors.

For Custom cakes & favors, you can submit your order form online and pay deposit only. I will contact you ASAP and we can talk more about the order.

Regular cake can be paid by credit card or Paypal but only accept E-Transfer for Custom cakes & Favors. You need to make your payment in 24 hours after you receive your confirmation form.

Deposit is non refundable and refunds will only be acceptable if cancellation is outside of 1 weeks from your pick up or delivery date.

Other than that, you will get a refund as a store credit.

Buttercream cakes need to be stored in the fridge and should serve at room temp. Normally you take the cake out from the fridge at least 1 hour before serving. (No direct Sunlight)

Whipping cream based cakes(Strawberry Shortcake) needs to be stored within 30 mins and should serve when it’s chilled.
